Shipping & Refund Policy - Jacob & Isaac

1. Your Right to Cancel
   Our cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

   1.1 Before your item is dispatched, your order can be canceled until it is released to our warehouse. If your order has been released, we cannot halt the delivery. In this case, please refuse delivery or contact us if the item has been delivered, and we will arrange to collect and refund once confirmed.

   1.2 After your item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return goods within 14 working days after the day of delivery, which will cancel your contract with us. Please email us at hello@jacobandisaac.com or use the contact form on our website to arrange the return.

   1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned in their original packaging and adequately protected to avoid damage during transit. If the goods have been worn or are not in their original condition, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Failure to take reasonable care of the goods may result in a charge for the reduction in their value.

   1.4 Once we receive the goods and confirm they are unopened and in their original condition, we will refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) within 7 working days, using the original payment method. If a more expensive delivery option was chosen, the supplementary costs will not be refunded.

   1.5 If you refuse delivery from our carrier, you will be responsible for the return charge. We will inform you of this charge.

   1.6 When Your Goods Arrive
   Please check your delivery carefully to ensure it matches your order. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the contents before using the product. Jacob & Isaac will not compensate for issues arising from mishandling.

   1.7 Faulty or Incorrect Goods
   If your delivery is incorrect or goods are faulty, notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@jacobandisaac.com with pictures or using the contact form on our site. We may, at our discretion, do one of the following: replace missing, damaged, or defective goods, deliver any goods not supplied, arrange collection of the faulty/incorrect goods, or refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs). We will not refund supplementary delivery charges for more expensive delivery options.

   1.8 The provisions of this policy do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

   1.9 If you received a free gift with your order, it must be returned alongside the purchased goods for a refund to be processed.

1. Delivery

   2.1 We deliver across the United States of America for the prices specified on our website. Certain exclusions apply.

   2.2 Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If your details change, contact our customer service at hello@jacobandisaac.com with your order reference. Once the order is released to our warehouse, we cannot change delivery details. You will receive an email/SMS advising the expected delivery date upon dispatch. If you are unavailable on the advised date, the courier may leave the goods in a safe place at your property or with a neighbour. We are not responsible for orders left at your property if you are unavailable.

   2.3 Delivery charges are as stated at checkout and may vary depending on circumstances or courier price changes.

   2.4 Orders to the Highlands of Scotland incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

   2.5 We do not offer specific timed delivery slots. While we aim to meet delivery quotes, delays will not be compensated.

   2.6 If you order multiple items, we may dispatch them separately. All goods remain the property of Jacob & Isaac until delivered to you.

   2.7 Once goods are delivered to the address provided, they become your property and are held at your own risk. Jacob & Isaac is not responsible for any loss or destruction of goods after delivery unless due to our negligence. Ensure someone responsible is available to receive and sign for the goods. If you opt to have goods left without a signature, it is entirely at your risk.
